# Find payment emails

> Find a payment notice and open the matching transaction.

Open [Payment Notifications](https://app.agencymesh.app/transactions/payment_notifications) for payment emails sent to the company address.

## Find the payment

1. Choose **Email** at the top to load messages. **Refresh Emails** loads them again; **Copy Email** copies the receiving address.
2. Use **Confirmation #**, **Amount**, **Customer**, **Merchant**, and **Received Time** to find the payment in [Transaction Search](https://app.agencymesh.app/transactions/icrTransactionSearch) under **Data > Merchant**.

Use the transaction’s current status for settlement or refunds. An email alone does not show later changes.

## Missing or repeated email?

Choose the correct **Email**, then **Refresh Emails**. Compare confirmation, amount, merchant, and time before treating messages as separate payments. **N/A** means a field was not found in the email. For support, share the time, merchant, confirmation reference, and error; hide card details.
