# Convert photos or make QR codes

## Convert photos

1. In **Photos**, choose HEIC, HEIF, or WebP files, up to 25 MB each.
2. Under **Convert To Options**, choose **PNG** or **JPG**, then **Convert**.
3. Under **Converted Photos**, use the download icon on each **Done** result.

PNG can keep transparency; JPG fills it with white. If some files fail, download the good ones and retry only the failures.

## Make a QR code

1. Choose **Type > URL** and enter **Link**, or **SMS** and enter **Phone** and **Message**.
2. Choose **Background**, **Code Color**, and an optional **Logo**. Select **Generate**, scan the result to test it, then **Download QR**.

SMS opens a prepared message on the scanning phone; it does not send from AgencyMesh. If scanning fails, increase contrast or remove the logo. Keep private sign-in and participant links out of public codes.
