# Find a property record

> Search an address and use the returned property details.

## Search by address

1. Type **Property Address** in the top form and select the matching suggestion.
2. Select **Find Records**. If the address is wrong, use **Reset** and select a new suggestion.

Typing alone is not enough. After editing an address, select a suggestion again.

## Use the property details

Results may show dimensions, owner details, features, tax/sale history, and Street View. Blank or **N/A** fields mean the information is unavailable.

Verify facts needed for a quote with county, appraisal, customer, or carrier records. Street View may be out of date; an address match does not confirm coverage.
