## October 7 — Scripts and Team

- [Scripts](/help/dashboard/#dashboard-call-scripts) now sit below Dashboard follow-up status. Read call wording or use **Copy SMS** for a text message.
- [Directory > Team](/help/dashboard/#dashboard-directory-team) now lists personal accounts, including signed-out accounts. Search and sort the list, move between pages, and use the Active/Away/Not active labels. Office names come from the account’s latest connection.

## October 6 — Scripts, Team, and preferences

- [Call scripts](/help/dashboard/#dashboard-call-scripts) add English and Spanish call/SMS wording to quotes, leads, and To-Do Calls. Administrators can choose each type’s default script.
- [Directory > Team](/help/dashboard/#dashboard-directory-team) adds a team directory. Company settings control who appears.
- [User preferences](/help/user-preferences/) adds a script name for shared accounts and Encouraging or Quiet status feedback.
- [Notifications](/help/notifications/) explains desktop alerts, grouped updates, and when notices are marked read.
- Help uses shorter steps, with a [Dashboard guide by role](/help/dashboard-by-role/). [Training](/help/training-hub/), [tickets](/help/office-tickets/), and [Workflows](/help/customer-workflows/) have updated controls.

- [Directions](/help/office-directions/) opens from Dashboard’s office directory. [Appearance](/help/appearance/) adds Light, Dark, and System.
- [Zone Shift icons](/help/dashboard/#dashboard-zone-shift-indicators) show the schedule. [Notifications](/help/notifications/) adds shift reminders and Accounting batch results.

- [Onboarding](/help/self-serve-onboarding/) creates your company and first account. [Navigation search](/help/navigation-and-scope/) helps find pages.
- [Announcements](/help/notifications/) target offices and roles. [Sync Leads](/help/leads-sync/) imports from Google Sheets; leads support Notes, Sold, and DNC.
- [E-Sign](/help/e-signatures/) adds optional SMS links and more PDFs. [Workflow Queue](/help/process-workflows/#process-staff-queue) adds pages; [ticket pictures](/help/office-tickets/) allow 45 MB combined.
