# Send an attachment by text

> Send an image or PDF and find its delivery result.

Open [Messaging](https://app.agencymesh.app/sms/messaging) to send one attachment with your office’s prepared message. The **Message** field cannot be edited.

## Send the file

1. In **Send MMS**, enter the 10-digit US **Phone Number** and choose **Office**.
2. Choose one **Attachment**: JPEG, PNG, or GIF up to **5 MB**, or PDF up to **600 KB**. Select another file to replace it before sending.
3. Click **Send**. The result appears in **Recently Sent Messages**.

On [Dashboard](https://app.agencymesh.app/), **Communications > Send MMS** uses the office selected in **Phone / Office**. Choose a specific office instead of **All Offices**.

## Find the delivery result

1. Under **Recently Sent Messages**, use **Search sent messages…** and **Refresh messages now**.
2. Click the message’s **View** button for its body, attachment, **Status**, **Error Code**, and **Error Message**. Correct the shown problem before sending again.

For older messages, use [Text Messages > Search](https://app.agencymesh.app/sms/smsSearch). Include **Message ID** when asking for help.

## Help a customer opt in or out

1. Under **How to Manage Opt-in**, find the displayed sending number. The customer texts **START** to subscribe or **STOP** to unsubscribe.
2. To share instructions, use **Copy** beside **Shareable Subscription Link**.

Opening the link does not subscribe the customer; they must send the text.
