# Find a Texas insurance license

## Search for a license

1. Enter **License Number**, or leave it blank and enter the exact full **Name** in the top form.
2. Select **Search**. For a name search, clear any license number first; the number takes priority.

Partial names do not match. No result does not prove someone is unlicensed.

## Match the person

Match the name, license number, NPN, and location. Results include **License Type**, **Qualification**, **Issue Date**, and **Expiration Date**.

The result does not make a current-status decision. Use the official state source and required carrier review to confirm current licensing and appointments.
