## Find your next task

1. Select **My Assignments** at the top, choose a quiz, then **Start Quiz**. Follow [Take a quiz](/help/training-assignments-and-results/).
2. For study material, select a document, script, or flash card deck in its card. Use **View all** for the full list.

Card searches filter only the rows shown. [Documents and scripts](/help/training-documents-and-scripts/) provide reference material. [Flash cards](/help/training-flashcards/) are practice, without a quiz score.

## Set up team training

1. Managers and Administrators: select **Create** at the top, then **Quiz**, **Flash card deck**, **Document**, or **Script**.
2. For a quiz, [create questions](/help/training-quizzes/), then [assign a saved version](/help/training-assignments-and-results/#assignment-create). Select **View results** to see progress.

Passing completes an assignment. A failed attempt stays open for a retake.
