# Transactions

Start in [Transaction Search](https://app.agencymesh.app/transactions/icrTransactionSearch) to find a payment. Use the guides below for imports, matching, and receipts.

## Find a payment

1. At the top, choose **Office**, **Data**, **Start**, and **End**, then **Search**.
2. Open **Advanced** for customer, policy, amount, deposit, or **UUID** filters. Use **Totals** for sums or **Export PDF** to save results.

[Search and matching](/help/transaction-search-and-matching/) covers corrections and comparisons. **Deleted** only marks a record; it does not cancel or refund payment.
