# Connect to a computer

Open [Workstation Connect](https://app.agencymesh.app/it/workstation-connect). You need Workstation Connect, Operations, or Administrator access.

## Start a session

1. In **Devices** on the left, choose an office, use **Search devices**, and select an online computer.
2. Wait for **Loading Session** to clear and **Connected** to appear. Use **Connect** if disconnected; complete any consent prompt.

Devices use your assigned active offices. Operations and Administrator also see **Other** for unmatched devices. For a missing device, choose **All Offices** and **Refresh device list**. For a stuck session, select its tab > **Refresh Session**; an expired sign-in needs a page reload.

## Use the session tools

Controls affect the active tab and may be disabled while loading or when unsupported.

- **Quality > Low bandwidth** helps a slow connection; **Balanced** or **Best quality** changes image quality.
- **Clipboard > Get** reads remote text; **Send** puts entered text on the remote clipboard (up to 65,535 characters).
- **Ctrl + Alt + Del** sends that key combination. **Lock local input** blocks the remote computer’s keyboard and mouse; coordinate with its user.
- Use the toolbar’s fullscreen, view mode, or rotation icons to change the display.

## End support

1. Select **Unlock local input** if you locked it.
2. Select **Disconnect**, then **Close desktop** on each finished tab.

Switching tabs leaves sessions open. Closing a desktop requests disconnection.
