SMS codes for the office
Receive sign-in messages sent to the selected office’s 2FA Number. Find the matching service in Received Codes and copy its available code.
Two factor for teams
Keep two-factor verification enabled for shared and company logins. Bring SMS, email, and authenticator app codes together so the people who need access can get to work.
What you can do
SMS and authenticators are organized by office; email codes are company-wide. Your provider must support the chosen method, and its verification destination must be configured. Operations or Administrator manages authenticators.

Bring messages sent to the company’s 2FA Email into the same view. This inbox is shared across the company and stays the same when you change offices.
Use rotating, time-based codes for services that support an authenticator setup key or QR code. Copy the current code and see how much time remains.
Choose an available office to find its SMS messages and saved authenticators. Company email codes stay in the same shared inbox when you change offices.
Operations or Administrator adds an office authenticator from a QR screenshot or setup key, labels the account and issuer, and removes entries when they are no longer needed.
Use the full Two-Factor page or Dashboard’s Communications > Two Factor Codes panel. Copy a code, refresh received messages, and continue the sign-in.
Example agency task
A teammate needs to sign in to a shared business service while the person who originally set it up is away.
The result: The teammate can complete the verification step using the agency’s configured code source while two-factor verification stays enabled on the business account.
Set the service’s SMS or email destination to the configured 2FA Number or 2FA Email. For a supported authenticator setup, Operations or Administrator adds the entry to the appropriate office.
Open Two-Factor and select the office. Find the service in Received Codes or Authenticator Codes. Email messages come from the company inbox.
Paste the current code into the service’s verification field. Refresh for a new message, or wait for the next authenticator code if the current one is nearly expired.
Product questions
Two-Factor brings together SMS messages sent to an office’s 2FA Number, email messages sent to the company’s 2FA Email, and time-based authenticator codes. The business service must support the method you choose and be configured to use it.
Yes, when the service offers a compatible time-based authenticator setup key or QR code. Operations or Administrator can add it to an office so teammates can copy rotating codes. Push approvals, passkeys, and hardware security keys are different verification methods.
Signed-in users choose an available office to view its SMS and authenticator codes. Email codes use the company’s shared 2FA Email and remain company-wide. Operations or Administrator can add and remove authenticators. Authenticator viewers can also open Details to see setup information, so connect accounts intended for access by those teammates.
For a configured shared login, the service sends SMS to the office’s 2FA Number or email to the company’s 2FA Email, or uses the office authenticator. Teammates can retrieve the available code in AgencyMesh without asking the original account owner to relay it.
Yes. Choose Phone / Office, then Communications > Two Factor Codes. Use Copy for the code, Refresh two-factor codes for new messages, or Open Two-Factor for the full page.
Match the office, service, and account, then use the newest code. Received Codes shows the latest five available SMS/email messages. Refresh for a new message; wait for the next authenticator code if needed. If a destination says Not configured, ask Operations or Administrator to review setup.
