Transactions and accounting
Bring carrier, merchant, AMS, and bank transaction activity together for search, matching, review, and reporting in dedicated accounting queues.
What you can do
Work across available tools and connected services with access based on your role.
Process transaction items and exceptions in a shared queue with visible status.
Compare carrier, merchant, AMS, and bank information before confirming a match.
Use transaction search, metrics, summaries, files, and queue reports for follow-through.
How it works
The exact options depend on your role and the record you’re working on.
Start in the queue or search using the available identifiers and dates.
Compare related records and confirm office, amount, carrier, and status.
Match, update, notify, refund, or void only when your role and process allow it.
Before you start
What you can use depends on your account type, role, office access, enabled services, and sometimes the record’s current status. The Help guide lists the usual roles, but your administrator controls access.
Confirm the person or record, office, date or reporting period, current state, and the effect described by the button or confirmation. For customer and financial actions, verify the destination or amount as well.
