Open Transaction Queue. Accounting or Administrator access is required.
Start a run
Section titled “Start a run”- Choose Office, Carrier, Start Date, and End Date. A blank end uses the start date. All Offices and All Carriers use every listed choice.
- Set Run Type to Daily Sales Report to import records or Credential Check to test access. Click Run.
- Keep the Batch ID. Under Report Progress, expand a carrier’s Show progress arrow for its Run ID and Progress Timeline.
Queued or Running means work remains. Complete means that run finished. Transactions separates records added from records found.
Find or fix a run
Section titled “Find or fix a run”- Open Transaction Queue Report. Choose Scope: All Runs, Queue Batches, or Individual Runs.
- Enter Batch ID or Run ID, or filter by office, carrier, status, and activity dates. Click Search, then Show progress.
- For Needs attention, have Operations or Administrator fix carrier credentials, then run Credential Check. For Error, give support the run reference and failure from Activity or Progress Timeline.
Activity Start/End filter when a run worked; Report Dates is the requested transaction period. No recent progress update does not mean it stopped. Before another run, find the original status and any records already added.
Open the completion notice
Section titled “Open the completion notice”- In Notifications, set Notification source to Transactions.
- Find Transaction Run Complete. Read Complete, Failed, and Transactions added, then Open the batch. Only permitted offices appear.
Active Accounting users receive company-wide notices for manual batches, including another user’s runs. Administrator alone gets no notice; scheduled runs send none.
A notice means all queued runs finished or failed. Unqueued items are excluded. At least means some addition counts are missing; Unavailable does not mean zero. Credential checks show Not applicable (credential checks). Without a notice, use the queue report before running again.
