Open Options or Health. Operations and Administrator can change settings; Accounting can review.

  1. In Options > Branding, select Manage Branding. Choose Personalized for each user’s chosen accent color, or Custom branding for shared company colors.
  2. For custom colors, choose Primary color and Secondary color, or enter their hex values. Select Save branding; the page reloads.

Switching modes keeps saved personal and custom colors. Reset custom colors restores AgencyMesh colors without changing the mode. Light/Dark/System stays available in either mode.

  1. Open Dashboard Settings > Manage Settings. Choose Action Items > Office only or Zone Shift. For Zone Shift, set Zone Shift Time in Central time.
  2. Choose Leaderboards > Company wide or Zone wide, then Save Settings.

Zone Shift lets Office and Agent accounts help across the zone after the set time, once their own office clears that same queue. Agent accounts split eligible work among active users. Zone-wide leaderboards compare offices within the selected office’s zone.

  1. In Options > Dashboard Settings > Manage Settings, turn Show Team in Directory on or off.
  2. Choose Team visibility, then Save Settings. Reload Dashboard to apply the change.
Item Guidance

Selected office Shows Agent accounts assigned to that office. With All Offices, uses the viewer’s assigned offices.

Zone view falls back to assigned offices when no active zone matches. Accounts remain listed when signed out or inactive. Shared Office accounts stay hidden. 3. For No Data, compare activity: Calls and To-Do Calls use the last 3 days; Quotes uses 14 days. Report lasting errors in Tickets.
