Open Internet for offices or My IP Info for your current browser.
Find an office outage
Section titled “Find an office outage”- In Internet, select an office card. Online Now and Offline Now filter the list; Last checked shows how recent the result is.
- In Office Details, choose 1H, 6H, 24H, or 7D. Compare Recent Outage Incidents and Recent Probe Checks with when the problem began.
Only active, configured offices assigned to you appear. Awaiting Probe means no current result. Latency is response time; packet loss is unanswered checks. Red zero markers in Latency History mean offline checks.
Report an outage
Section titled “Report an outage”- Open Tickets > New Ticket. Include the office, start time, failed services, and Last checked time. Say whether one computer or the whole office is affected.
Outage alerts may follow about 10 minutes offline within 20 minutes. Restoration alerts wait for five minutes of healthy checks. Office members receive notifications; Operations or Administrator sets email recipients in Options > Internet Monitoring Alert Recipients.
Identify your current connection
Section titled “Identify your current connection”- Open My IP Info from the affected browser. Give support the Current Request IP and provider details if requested.
- Reload after changing networks.
IPv4 and IPv6 are tested separately; either may be unavailable. The map is approximate.
