Set up offices and zones

Open Offices or Zones. Operations and Administrator can save changes; Accounting can review.

Add or edit an office

Section titled “Add or edit an office”
  1. Select New Office. In Details, enter Short name, Display name, Status, Office phone number, and Office address.
  2. Select Next for Connections. Add the office’s system, phone, or camera settings as needed; leave unused connections blank.
  3. Select Next for Members, choose Users to add, then Create Office. Include yourself if you need access.
  4. For later changes, select the office’s Manage button, edit Details or Connections, then Save office.

Office names and Two-factor phone number are locked after creation. The first office created during onboarding already includes its administrator.

Connections holds AMS office name for to-dos, Rater name for quotes, Office IP address / hostname for connection matching, and phone mappings. For cameras, choose Camera type, enter its sign-in details, set Default camera channel, then test in Office Cameras.

For Active or Away agents, Directory > Team compares their recorded connection with Office IP address / hostname. No match shows Remote; changing the Dashboard office does not change this label.

Give people office access

  1. Select the office’s Manage > Members. Choose Available users > Add selected users or Users to remove > Remove selected users.

Member changes save immediately. Roles are separate in Users > Manage > Roles.

Group offices in a zone

Section titled “Group offices in a zone”
  1. In Zones, select New Zone. Enter Short name, Display name, and Status; select Next, choose Available offices, then Create Zone.
  2. To move an office, open its Manage > Zones. Use Remove zone, then choose Available zones > Assign zone. An office can belong to one zone.
  3. To change zone names, open the zone’s Manage > Details, then Save details. To disable an office or zone, use its row’s Disable; Show Disabled > Enable restores it.

Zone membership saves immediately. Options > Dashboard Settings controls Zone Shift and leaderboard sharing.
