Open Payment Notifications for payment emails sent to the company address.
Find the payment
Section titled “Find the payment”- Choose Email at the top to load messages. Refresh Emails loads them again; Copy Email copies the receiving address.
- Use Confirmation #, Amount, Customer, Merchant, and Received Time to find the payment in Transaction Search under Data > Merchant.
Use the transaction’s current status for settlement or refunds. An email alone does not show later changes.
Missing or repeated email?
Section titled “Missing or repeated email?”Choose the correct Email, then Refresh Emails. Compare confirmation, amount, merchant, and time before treating messages as separate payments. N/A means a field was not found in the email. For support, share the time, merchant, confirmation reference, and error; hide card details.
