Operations and Administrator can open Workstations directly; it is not in the app menu.

Find the right device

Section titled “Find the right device”
  1. Enter a name in Search workstations above the list. Use Filter workstations for Online, Offline, device type, Windows 10, or Under 8 GB RAM.
  2. Match Machine, User, and Serial. Use Refresh workstations for an updated list; Last Seen uses Central time.

Windows 10 means Home/Pro; the memory filter uses rounded reported RAM. A listed device may still be unavailable in Workstation Connect.

Find a missing device

Section titled “Find a missing device”
  1. Clear the search, choose All devices, then Refresh workstations.
  2. For an offline computer, check power and internet. If still missing, report the machine name and symptoms in Tickets.

For a new computer, Install Help explains your organization’s setup. Allow up to 10 minutes after setup for it to appear.
