Find leads in Leads Report or Dashboard > Action Items > Leads. Adding leads or uploading CSVs requires Manager or Administrator access.

  1. Open the Dashboard row’s View eye icon or the report’s details/history clock icon.
  2. For call or SMS wording, click Script below Status on Dashboard or above it in Leads Report. Use a script, then complete the call or message.
  3. Open Status and choose Called & SMS, VM & SMS, Called, or Sent SMS. Use Sold for a sale or DNC (Do not contact) to stop contact. The change saves immediately.
  4. To correct an outcome, choose another Status. Status History shows earlier changes.

A status records work; it does not contact the customer. Any choice except None removes the lead from the Dashboard queue. To reopen it, find it in Leads Report with Status > All, then choose None.

  1. In Leads Report, choose Scope and the office or agent. Enter First Name, Last Name, Phone, or Email; set Status if needed.
  2. Click Search. Use Date Added to tell older records apart; there is no date-range filter.

Agent accounts default to Agent scope; Office accounts to Office. Report assignments can differ from Dashboard’s active-user and Zone Shift sharing. Choose Office scope for the office list.

These pages do not edit saved names or contact details. Sheet edits also leave imported details and Notes unchanged; ask your Administrator to correct the saved record.

  1. Open Add Leads. Choose Office, enter Type, and add the contact details, address, and Source you have. Names are optional.
  2. Add Notes up to 2,000 characters. Click Add Lead for another entry or Remove this lead to remove an extra one.
  3. Click Submit Leads to save.

  1. Open Leads Upload. Download Example CSV and use Offices CSV or Office Names for valid office names.
  2. Keep the supplied columns. Names and Notes are optional; Notes allows 2,000 characters. Select the completed CSV, then Upload.

There is no row preview or rejection list. If upload fails, search Leads Report for saved records before uploading the whole file again. For recurring imports, an Administrator can connect Google Sheets.
