Open My Assignments for your quizzes. Managers and Administrators can assign training and see Results.
Take a quiz
Section titled “Take a quiz”- Choose a quiz under Your assignments, then Start Quiz. External learners open their assigned link.
- In Ready to start?, select Start quiz. This starts the attempt and any timer; leaving the page does not pause it.
- Answer each question. Use Next unanswered to find missed questions, then Submit answers at the bottom.
For Point-and-Click, click the image or focus it and use arrow keys; hold Shift for smaller moves. Answers save while connected. Passed completes the assignment; View Results shows your result. Answer review depends on the quiz’s settings.
Resume or try again
Section titled “Resume or try again”- For unfinished work, choose Resume Quiz. If saving fails, keep the page open and select Retry saving when connected.
- After a failed result, select Try again; after a timeout, select Start a new attempt. Retake Quiz in My Assignments does the same. Select Start quiz to begin.
Retakes clear answers and restart the timer for the same version. Passed assignments cannot be retaken. If starting fails, use Retry starting quiz. After a submission error, reopen the assignment for a saved result before submitting again.
Assign training and review results
Section titled “Assign training and review results”- In Quizzes, choose a quiz > Assign Quiz. Select Quiz version and an optional Due date.
- Under Staff members, use Find a staff member, then select names or Select shown. For an external learner, enter Email; Add person adds another.
- Select Assign quiz to 1 person (the count changes with your choices).
- In Results, select Review for answers or Audit for assignment activity. On the assign page, use View activity.
Staff receive assignments and notifications; external learners receive private links. If email fails, look in Already assigned before assigning again. Compare scores for the same version; a dash means no result, not zero.
