On Dashboard or another signed-in page, open User menu (person icon) in the top bar. For colors and display mode, use Appearance.
Put your name in scripts
Section titled “Put your name in scripts”- With an Office account, enter your name in Agent name for scripts. Use up to 80 plain-text characters.
- Click Save name. Follow-up call and SMS scripts use it wherever {Agent Name} appears. To clear it, empty the field and click Save name.
Agent accounts use the name saved on the account and do not show this field. The shared name changes script wording only; it does not rename the account or add it to Directory > Team.
Choose status feedback
Section titled “Choose status feedback”- In User menu > Status feedback, choose Encouraging or Quiet. The choice saves right away.
Encouraging shows praise after follow-up status saves and celebrations when a queue is finished. Quiet hides those messages and confetti. Normal confirmations, errors, and notifications still work.
Where choices are saved
Section titled “Where choices are saved”- Agent account: status feedback follows you across devices.
- Office account: choices stay with that account in this browser. Change or clear the saved name when someone else takes over.
- Save failed: click Try again. Feedback returns to its last saved choice; your name entry stays ready to retry. Reload and sign in again if the message asks you to.
