Open Tickets. You see your assigned offices; Manager, Operations, and Administrator can see company tickets. Only Operations can assign tickets.
Create a ticket
Section titled “Create a ticket”- Select New Ticket at the top. Enter Subject and Description: what failed, where, and when. Select Next.
- Choose Office, Priority, Issue type, and optional Subtype. Operations may set Assign to. Select Next.
- In 3. Review, add an optional Due date and Pictures, then Submit Ticket.
You need an available office and issue type. Pictures: up to 10 JPG/JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP files, 10 MB each and 45 MB total. Subject: 200 characters; Description: 5,000. If only pictures fail, add them to the created ticket. If creation is uncertain, find the ticket in the queue before submitting again.
Find a ticket and add an update
Section titled “Find a ticket and add an update”- Under Ticket Queue, set Search, Status, or Office, then Search. Status cards also filter the list. Use More filters > Apply filters for priority, people, dates, or sorting.
- Select Open Ticket > Add update. Choose What are you adding?, enter Message, and add Pictures or change Ticket status after posting.
- Select Post update. Use View change history for recorded changes.
Messages allow 5,000 characters; picture limits match a new ticket. If pictures fail, add only those missing.
Preview shows a ticket without leaving the queue. Back to tickets keeps your search and page; Reset clears the queue filters.
Resolve or reopen the issue
Section titled “Resolve or reopen the issue”- Select Edit details to change the request, Resolution notes, or Status, then Save changes.
- Use Resolved when the fix is ready to test and Closed when work is done. To reopen with an update, set Ticket status after posting > Re-opened.
The update type alone does not change status. Priority describes impact; In Progress means work has started and Waiting means more information or action is needed.
