Internet blocking and DNS filtering
About this guide
Last reviewed October 9, 2026 by AgencyMesh Product Support · Checked against release 2026.10
AgencyMesh offers Internet blocking and DNS filtering for configured offices. Ask support to confirm which offices and connections are covered, arrange setup, or review website access.
Request setup or a website-access review
Section titled “Request setup or a website-access review”- Open Tickets > New Ticket. Enter Subject and Description with the setup or access change you need, the affected offices, and the business reason. Select Next.
- Choose Office, Priority, and Issue type from the available choices, then Next > Submit Ticket.
You need an available office and issue type. Submitting a ticket requests a review; it does not change website access. Follow the ticket guide to track the request or add an update.
When a business site will not open
Section titled “When a business site will not open”Include these details in the ticket so support can determine the cause:
- The affected office and business website domain. Send the domain only, without private links or URL query strings.
- The time the problem occurred and the exact error or blocking message.
- Whether one device or the whole office is affected, and which business task cannot be completed.
Office status and website access: Online Now in Internet reflects office connection monitoring; it does not establish that a particular website is reachable or allowed. A site that will not open is not by itself proof of DNS filtering. Support determines whether filtering or another issue caused the failure. See connection help for office outages.
