Click the Notifications bell in the top bar. Its badge counts unread updates that are not archived; related E-sign and internet updates count as one group.

  1. Open the bell panel to mark existing updates read; later arrivals stay unread. Choose Open for the related page or Read message for full text.
  2. Use View all notifications for the full inbox. Set Notification status, Notification audience, or Notification source; Load older notifications shows more.

The panel keeps unread updates and today’s read updates. Older notices leave after they are marked read and the panel refreshes; find them in the full inbox. Office account users share read/archive states.

  • Mark read / Mark unread changes the selected update or group. Mark all read includes updates outside your filters; later arrivals stay unread.
  • Archive hides an update from All and Unread. Use Archived > Restore to bring it back. This does not close a ticket or task.
  • Close notification on a popup marks that notice read. If it fails, retry closing the popup or use Mark all read.
  • On wide screens, Pin panels beside page keeps Notifications and Ask AgencyMesh beside your work. Unpin panels restores the overlay; Expand notifications and Restore notification panel width change its width.

  1. On an E-sign or internet card, click View history for related updates, newest first. Load older updates includes earlier and archived messages.

Each signing request or outage has one card. A new update moves it to the top and makes it unread. Separate outages stay separate.

Read, unread, archive, and restore apply through the update selected; later arrivals stay unchanged. Closing a popup affects only that notice.

  1. Open Notifications and allow notifications when your browser asks. Enable desktop notifications at the panel’s bottom retries setup.
  2. Keep an app tab open. New updates can show desktop alerts while your app tabs are in the background. Click an alert to open the panel.

Use Disable desktop notifications to turn alerts off in this browser. For blocked permission, allow notifications in the browser’s site settings.

Alerts stop when all app tabs close. Dismissing an alert marks only that notice read when the browser supports it and a tab can respond. Open Notifications if it stays unread.

Item Guidance
Announcements / AgencyMesh Admin Team messages follow selected offices and roles; AgencyMesh Admin posts system updates. Expired or retracted announcements disappear.
E-sign Request creators get opened/signed updates. Workflow creators get signing updates too. Open the related page for finished documents.
Training Hub Learners get assignments. The assigning user gets progress and result updates.
Tickets / Internet Monitoring Ticket updates follow office ticket access; outage/restoration notices go to active office members.
Transactions Operations, Accounting, and Administrator get carrier-access issues. Accounting gets Transaction Run Complete for finished manual batches, including failures. Read batch totals.
Zone Shift Members of an active office in an active zone get the one-hour reminder and start notice when enabled. Time is Central; local queues must still clear. Account type and role do not change this.

Changing the Dashboard office does not change recipients. Completion notices cover the company and use User audience; your access may limit which batch details open. Accounting can read carrier errors. Opening Credential Manager needs Operations, Administrator, or Credential Manager Read-Only. Access changes can remove affected updates.

  1. Open Notifications > Create announcement.
  2. Choose Audience and Offices. Under Roles, leave All roles or hold Ctrl / ⌘ to select roles. Recipients need at least one selected role.
  3. Enter Title and Message. Set Expires in your local time if the message should be removed later.
  4. Click Preview recipients, review the count and message, then Publish announcement.

Managers can send to their assigned active offices. Administrators can choose any active office or Company wide. Preview again after edits. If publication is uncertain, use Retry publish to avoid posting twice.

Under Published announcements, click Retract announcement to remove it from recipients’ inboxes. Managers can retract their own messages while they still have access to those offices; Administrators can retract any team message in their company. Refresh history reloads the list.
