Open Administration. Operations and Administrator can make changes. Accounting can review and use Billing.
Users and access
Section titled “Users and access”- Users: select New User or Manage to change access. Users and sessions.
- Sessions: select Log Out on the user’s row. They return to sign-in on their next request; the 12-hour activity list is not an expiration timer.
Offices and zones
Section titled “Offices and zones”- Offices > New Office adds a location and its members.
- Zones > New Zone groups offices. An office can belong to only one zone. Office and zone steps.
Settings, health, and billing
Section titled “Settings, health, and billing”- Options: change company settings. Health: find office setup or activity issues. Settings guide.
- Billing: use Invoice History or Open Billing Portal. Billing steps.
