The result: The support request connects the reported problem, the assistance arranged, and the outcome for the office.

  1. 01

    Describe the impact

Identify the office and computer, what stopped working, when it began, and whether other devices are affected.

  2. 02

    Coordinate assistance

Create a support ticket and follow the support team’s instructions. Prepare for an authorized remote session or agree on an onsite visit when needed and available.

  3. 03

    Try the affected task again

After support completes the work, try the task that failed and add the result to the ticket so any remaining problem can be followed up.

Product questions

Plan for your agency

How do remote and onsite IT support differ?

Remote support helps with troubleshooting and authorized access to configured computers over a connection. Onsite support brings hands-on assistance to the office. The issue, device availability, location, and agreed service scope determine the appropriate approach.

Does requesting support give someone remote access?

No. Requesting help and starting a remote session are separate actions. The person starting a session needs the Workstation Connect permission or an Operations or Administrator role, an available device, and completion of any consent prompt.

How do we arrange an onsite visit?

Contact AgencyMesh or submit a support request with the office location, affected equipment, and work needed. Confirm availability, scope, and scheduling with the support team. A ticket alone does not book an appointment.
